How long does shipping take?
Many products are fulfilled via our dropshipping partners. After payment, orders typically take 1–5 business days to be packed by the supplier, then 7–21 business days for delivery to most US addresses (some remote areas or international routes may take longer). We will email tracking when available. All timelines are estimates only (FTC Mail Order Rule: we will notify you if a significant delay occurs and you may cancel for a refund before shipment when required by law). We do not guarantee delivery dates.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window. You may open the packaging to inspect the item; it should be unused and in good condition. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please monitor the shipment. After a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," further issues are handled case by case with support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards securely processed through Stripe. If something goes wrong with an order, contact support@getgobuynow.com before disputing the charge with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster through our returns process.
